In 2021 we launched jedonnemonelectromenager.fr, a new service free or charge to collect large household items from the home, upon appointment, via a platform connecting service providers. We developed this service in order to accelerate the handling of large equipment having a high reuse potential.
Key figures
During the year our challenge was to test the collection model and extend the system to several towns in the suburbs just outside Paris, as well as to increase the number of social and solidarity economy organisation partners.
In April 2021 we launched a pilot in 7 towns in the Hauts-de-Seine area (Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves et Ville-d’Avray). Between November and December we provided this service offer in the towns of Neuilly-sur-Seine, Suresnes et Bois-Colombes.
At the end of 2021 4,720 visits were made to the website, 576 collection operations were carried out and scheduled for a total of 777 large household appliances and for a reuse rate of around 33%.
